The band and I are delighted to return to Stoney’s Wine Lounge, one of the best places to hear jazz in Dallas. We’ll be playing our signature fare of soulful jazz, along with some new jazz arrangements of hits from the 80s and 90s.

The jazz concert series at The Sammons Center for the Arts has been delivering jazz of the highest caliber for over three decades. It’s a distinct honor to have the opportunity to play on the series again, and I’m thrilled to bring my band along for the ride.
Jazz has a long tradition of absorbing popular songs into the jazz idiom. For this concert we’ll follow in that tradition as we take favorite hits from my youth in the 80s and 90s and reimagine them from a jazz point-of-view. I’ll be joined by Jonathan Fisher on bass, Alan Green on drums, and Jason Webb on trumpet and flugelhorn.
